Direct Bookings made through this website are at least 10% cheaper than through any external booking portal (eg. Booking.com, AirBnb, HomeAway etc) because neither guest, nor host pays any service fees.

• Standard priced bookings are fully refundable up to 3pm the day before arrival.

• A 10% reduction is available for non-refundable bookings. A discount code for this will be available at check out.

• An additional 10% reduction is automatically applied to bookings of 7 or more nights, and a 20% reduction for 30 or more nights.

• Prices are the same for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people, we just ask guests for numbers so we can ensure the bedding is prepared.
